Soldier A Message
A number of charitable organizations are gathering mail to send to troops
overseas,
but the Pentagon asks you not to.
Because of an overwhleming response, the Department of Defense urges against
unsolicited mail, packages or donations to deployed service members.
They've set up several web sites that will allow you to send emails to troops
from your home state or contribute to the purchase of a care package for a
solider.
